Welcome to Personalize It!

My name is Amanda Dickey.  I was a teacher for 27 years.  Most of those years were spent teaching 4th grade.  In my spare time, I have always been an avid crafter. My crafting passion began with scrapbooking many years ago.  I bought a wishblade to make more creative scrapbook pages.  That eventually lead to a Silhouette machine. I later began making t-shirts using HTV vinyl.  During this time, I also became interested in embroidery and Personalize It! was born.

As my business grew and the industry began to change, I began investing into my business in hopes of retiring from teaching and making Personalize It! my fulltime job. I reached that goal in the Spring of 2025.

I have grown from one single needle embroidery machine to two 6 needle embroidery machines, 3 lasers, and the most recent addition is a commercial DTF printer. None of this would be possible without the support of my loyal clients over the years. I appreciate all of you.

I have also been blessed with the most beautiful family. Chris, my husband has always been so supportive of my business. I have 3 grown children that are married, engaged, or have a significant other. My heart belongs to the two most perfect grandsons a Mimi could ask for.

My goal is to create a gift that you are proud of. Therefore, quality and small details are very important and I strive to make my clients happy. Customer service is of the utmost importance to me. When you order from me you can be assured that you will be receiving a quality product!.
